By accessing or using the website and services provided by Bluecare Staffing ("Bluecare," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Bluecare Staffing provides healthcare staffing services, connecting healthcare facilities and organizations ("Clients") with qualified healthcare professionals ("Professionals") for per diem, contract, travel, and permanent placements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Professionals are responsible for maintaining the valid licensure, certifications, and credentials required for any assignment they accept.
4. Placements and Assignments
All placements and assignments are subject to availability, Client requirements, and applicable credentialing and background-screening processes. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee placement, and we do not guarantee the availability or continuation of any assignment. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship except as set out in a separate written agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, misrepresent your credentials or identity, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we screen Professionals and work to verify credentials, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or any specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluecare Staffing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bluecare Staffing operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
